Phuong Tran

Phuong Tran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and business strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Sales Operations and Strategy at Verkada since February 2020, Phuong has a proven track record in optimizing financial performance and operational efficiencies. Previous roles include leadership in Business Operations and Finance at Concord where significant cost reductions in demand generation were achieved, and at Intercom where pricing and packaging strategies led to increased annual recurring revenue. Phuong's background also includes positions at Talkdesk overseeing customer success strategies, as well as experience in sales and business operations at Visa and as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company.
