David Kaiser currently serves as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer and Acting Chief Information Security Officer at the State of Vermont Agency of Digital Services, a position held since October 2020. Previously, David held multiple leadership roles in the Air National Guard from 2014 to 2019, including Chief Innovation Officer, Chief of Recruiting and Retention, and Cyber Warfare Program Element Monitor. David's career also includes significant experience with the Vermont Air National Guard 229th Cyber Operations Squadron and the United States Air Force, with roles focused on operations, information warfare, and strategic planning. David holds a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science with a focus on Cyber Warfare from Air University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Calvin University.
