Renee Taylor, CISA, CTAL-TM, has extensive experience in quality control and testing management, currently serving as the Quality Control and Testing Manager for the State of Vermont since November 2014. In this role, Renee focuses on managing QA and testing processes for complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Previously, as a Health Program Administrator, responsibilities included developing a Project Process Agreement (PPA) and managing a testing team to achieve comprehensive User Acceptance Testing coverage. For nearly a decade prior, Renee was the Office Manager at Chittenden County Chiropractic, overseeing claims submissions and patient follow-ups. Renee holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems and several certifications from Champlain College and Community College of Vermont, including Software Security and Health Information Management.
