Nicholas Kyratzis is a seasoned professional in sales and entrepreneurship with a diverse background in the beverage and food industries, having served as a Sales Associate at Vermont Information Processing since 2015 and previously contributing to the family business, Vintage Pizza, for nearly 14 years. Nicholas co-founded Elpam Distillery, which focuses on environmentally sustainable liquor production from maple syrup industry runoff, and was recognized as a finalist in the McCloskey Business Plan Competition. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering Science Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Saint Michael's College, complemented by international research experiences in marine biology and ecology, including studies in Cuba, Australia, and Costa Rica.
