Cate Prescott

Cate Prescott is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President at National Instruments since March 2013, Cate oversees human resource strategies for a workforce of 7,000 in a company generating $1.7 billion in revenues. Prior to this role, Cate held several positions at BAE Systems, including Global Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources for multiple regions. Earlier career experiences include serving as Head of HR at MVC (Woolworths Group Company) and Unipart. Cate holds an Advanced Diploma in Coaching from Oxford Brookes University and a Master's degree in Strategic HR from the University of Leicester.
