Mark Zindler

Mark Zindler is an experienced finance and investor relations professional with a robust background in leading investor communications and corporate development across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Investor Relations at Verra Mobility, Mark has successfully led investor relations activities, including the inaugural investor day and non-deal roadshows, contributing to stock growth of over 100% since the company's IPO in 2018. Prior roles include establishing investor relations at PAE before its public debut, enhancing investor programs at KeyW Corporation, and directing finance and corporate development at RFID Global Solution, Inc. Mark has a significant history in M&A management during his tenure at NII Holdings, Inc., alongside earlier roles focused on strategic initiatives and financial planning at Nextel and CACI.
