Alicia Kim has been working in the operations and production industry since 2011. Alicia began their career as a Receptionist/ Customer Service Representative at Brooklyn Industries in 2011, before moving to Enchante Accessories as a Production Associate in 2014. In 2019, Alicia took on the role of Operations/ Procurement Coordinator at BECCA Cosmetics, and in 2020 they joined Versed, a Public Benefit Corp, as both an Operations Manager and Operations Associate.
