Ian Matthews

Ian Matthews is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as an Assessment Coordinator at CyberGRX since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ian worked as a Cyber Security Analytics Graduate at SecureSet, where valuable skills in cybersecurity analysis were developed, including SIEM log collection and analysis, network forensics, and scripting in Python and SQL. A notable achievement during the SecureSet capstone project involved developing a security plan for a Security Operations Center (SOC) and successfully investigating a network attack. Ian also has a background in customer service and management, having held various positions at the City of Fort Collins, ADP, Next Door Food and Drink, and Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano. Educational background includes training at SecureSet and a degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
