Monique Smith has held various roles in human resources and management throughout their career, with experience at companies such as Vertex Education, Lowe's Home Improvement, Robert Half, Albertsons, The Home Depot, and MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. Monique has a strong background in talent management, training, compliance, and communication between various business divisions. Monique is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Western Governors University, building upon their previous education in accounting and business management.
