Sara Denise Alyeshmerni has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Vertex Education since November 2020. Prior roles include Senior Benefits Manager and Benefits Manager at Great Hearts Academies, where responsibilities encompassed the administration of employee benefits programs and managing communications. Sara's career also includes various positions in human resources, from Generalist to Assistant, focusing on onboarding, payroll processing, and employee file maintenance. Prior to their HR career, Sara was a Sales Supervisor at Lacoste, recognized for top sales performance and employee training. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University.
