Antonin Faury

Antonin Faury is an accomplished corporate development executive with extensive experience in strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and partnership management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Vertex Inc. since March 2025, Antonin leads the corporate development strategy to foster growth and value creation. Previously, Antonin held the position of Vice President of Corporate Development M&A at Wolters Kluwer, overseeing global portfolio management activities. Additional roles include Director of Corporate Business Development at Henry Schein, where 14 acquisitions were successfully closed, and Director of Corporate Business Development at Computer Associates. Antonin's early career includes experience as an Investment Banking Associate at Lehman Brothers and as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Antonin holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from EFREI.
