Stephen Tonks currently serves as the Airworthiness Senior Programme Manager at Vertical Aerospace since February 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen was a T6-C Qualified Flying Instructor for the Royal New Zealand Air Force from April 2019 to February 2023. Stephen gained substantial experience as a C-130 Captain in the Royal Air Force from April 2003 to April 2019. Stephen holds a degree in Pharmacology from the University of Bristol, which was completed between September 1999 and July 2002.
