Emily Zarrilli

Emily Zarrilli is a Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently at Vertice since March 2025, Emily previously served as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Pentera from January 2023 to March 2025, where notable achievements included being recognized in the President's Club for 2023. Prior to that, Emily worked at VMware Carbon Black for nearly four years in various roles including Customer Success Manager and Enterprise BDR. Emily's early experience includes an internship in Practice Management at State Street Global Advisors. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Penn State University and has studied at Bond University.
