Matthew Piccoli has a diverse work experience in various roles. Matthew started their career in 2008 as an intern at Willow Garage and returned for another internship in 2009. In 2010, they joined the University of Pennsylvania as a PhD student, where they worked on designing and building micro aerial vehicles and electronic controllers. Matthew also developed an electronic and software database for programmatically created robots. In 2017, they co-founded Vertiq and assumed the role of Co-Founder and CTO.
Matthew Piccoli completed their education at the University of Pennsylvania. Matthew first obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in the year 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, which took place from 2009 to 2010. Finally, Matthew completed their education at the University of Pennsylvania by earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering, a program they were enrolled in from 2010 to 2015.
