Joshua Johnson

Joshua Johnson currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Vertiv since April 2023. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as Assistant General Counsel at Frontier Communications from October 2018 to April 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as an Attorney specializing in litigation at Bowles Rice LLP from September 2014 to October 2018, and a Circuit Court Law Clerk for The Honorable James A. Matish from August 2013 to August 2014. Joshua also held positions as a Graduate Assistant at West Virginia University College of Law and completed a legal internship at Chesapeake Energy in 2012. Joshua earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from West Virginia University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from West Virginia University.
