Michelle Banks

Michelle Banks has accumulated extensive experience in logistics and customer service since 2003. Currently, as a Shipping Coordinator at Vertiv Co since 2017, Michelle manages department workloads, assigns tasks, and oversees the scheduling and shipping of LTL orders. Prior to this role, Michelle served as a Returns Technician at Invacare Corporation, handling product returns and damaged goods, and as a Customer Service/Warehouse Manager at Applied Industrial Technologies, where merchandise was received and cycle counts were conducted. Additionally, during the tenure as Traffic Manager at Paper Resources, daily billings were completed, and collaboration with customers was essential in identifying material options. Michelle completed coursework in General Studies at Bowling Green State University.
