Praveen Sm

Praveen SM is a Lean Engineer at Vertiv since January 2023, focusing on Continuous Improvement programs to enhance efficiency in manpower, cost, inventory control, and quality. Prior to this role, Praveen served as Assistant Lean Manager at Motherson Sumi Systems from November 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing production and improvement activities, meeting departmental targets, and executing productivity improvement projects. Experience also includes serving as an Engineer in New Product Development at Exedy Clutch India Pvt. Ltd. from October 2014 to November 2017, managing production activities across multiple departments. Praveen holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt CPC Polytechnic, Mysore.
