Stuart Timms

Stuart Timms is an experienced technical manager and engineer with a robust background in generator engineering at Vertiv since June 2008, where Stuart has held roles as both technical manager and senior lead engineer. Stuart is OFTEC certified, an accredited thermographer, and holds City and Guilds qualifications in mechanical engineering at levels 1, 2, and 3, as well as welding certification. Additional certifications from Vertiv include specialization in switchgear, control panels, governors, injector pump systems, fuel transfer systems, DC and AC electrics, fire pumps, and generator installations. Prior to Vertiv, Stuart served as workshop manager and lead mechanical/electrical engineer at Evans Halshaw from April 1995 to June 2008.
