Jon Walder

Jon Walder currently serves as Chief People Officer at Veson Nautical since March 2025. Additionally, Jon holds board member positions at Pace London and Roseings London, where both brands emphasize inclusion and diversity. Previously, Jon was Vice President of People at Smartly.io and Director of People for the International Markets Group at Blackbaud. Jon's extensive experience in human resources also includes leadership roles at Fourth, Reading Room, Dentsu Aegis Network, iProspect UK, and GDS International. Jon holds a BSc(Hons) in Business Administration from Cardiff University, completed between 2002 and 2007.
