Liz Weingast

Liz Weingast serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at ConcertoCare since October 2021. Previously, Liz held several positions, including Vice President of Clinical Excellence, Associate Director of Nursing, and Nurse Practitioner at The New Jewish Home from January 1997 to November 2021. Liz's clinical experience began at NYU Langone Health, where roles included Nurse Case Manager and Staff Nurse from July 1988 to December 1996. Liz holds a Master's degree in Nursing from Columbia University, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Rochester, and a Certificate in Nursing Care of the Elderly as a Nurse Practitioner from NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing.
