Liz Hettler is a seasoned professional in customer experience and organizational leadership, currently serving as Director of Experience at Vesta and Director of Customer Experience at Showroom since September 2022. Prior experience includes Head of Customer Experience at Fernish, where Liz focused on enhancing customer journeys across various platforms, and roles at Casper, The Honest Company, and Pier 1 Imports, contributing to customer service excellence and operational efficiency. Liz holds an MBA with distinction in Organizational Leadership and Data Analytics from DePaul University, where a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and an Associate's Degree in Environmental Science were also earned.
