Novani Ganess-Johnson

Novani Ganess-Johnson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Vestas since March 2023, Ganess-Johnson previously held the position of Regional Sales Director at Eaton from August 2020 to March 2023. Notably, Ganess-Johnson was the first female Executive Service Director for GE Power in the Middle East and Africa Region, managing operations and driving financial performance while overseeing health, safety, and compliance practices. With a career spanning various roles at GE Power, including Integration Leader and Senior Operations Manager, Ganess-Johnson has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, digital transformation, and corporate social responsibility initiatives, particularly in promoting women in STEM.
