Brian O'Connor is the Founder and CEO of Veteran Enhanced, a technology services firm specializing in digital transformation, operational efficiency, and IT automation, with experience dating back to May 2019. O'Connor served as a Stanford Hoover Veteran Fellow at The Hoover Institution from September 2022 to September 2023 and was a Presidential Leadership Scholar from January 2022 to January 2023. Notably, O'Connor delivered a TEDx talk addressing the challenges veterans face during the transition to civilian life. Previous roles include Enterprise Sales Leader at Dell EMC, Director of Partnership Strategy and Operations for the Chicago Cubs, and positions at Salesforce and IBM. O'Connor is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included serving as a Program Manager and MCMAP Instructor. O'Connor earned an MBA in Strategy and Consulting from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and is an alumnus of Louisiana State University.
