James Plotz serves as the Deputy Director of Medical Operations at Veterans Guardian since August 2020, where responsibilities include facilitating daily medical operations and ensuring effective communication between veterans and employees. Previously, James held the position of Training Manager, focusing on identifying training needs and developing programs. Additionally, James has been a Senior Claims Specialist at the Army National Guard since September 2020 and served as a Combat Engineer and Drone Pilot (RQ7B, MQ1C) in the US Army from July 2011 to September 2020. James is an alumnus of Cochise College.
