Carlos Mino has over 30 years of experience in engineering and automation within industrial processes, currently serving as an Automation & IT Industrial Process specialist at Vetropack since July 2015. Prior to this, Carlos worked as a Cold End Engineer at Bormioli Rocco Group from May 2012 to July 2015, and as the Second Head of the Cold End Area at O-I Manufacturing Italy S.p.A from July 2005 to May 2012, where responsibilities included leading the Cold End and engaging in R&D for automatic control systems for glass production. Earlier experience includes a role as a Project Engineer for oil systems at SUMAPET Petroleum Company from December 1992 to July 1996. Carlos holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chimborazo Polytechnic School, completed in September 1992.

Vetropack Holding SA is a Switzerland-based holding company engaged in the manufacture of glass packaging for the food and beverage industry. The Group offers such services as the design, production and delivery of tailor-made glass, as well as consulting and support services in the area of packaging analysis, bottling, conditioning, closure technology, decorative refinement and labeling. The Vetropack Group operates seven production sites and 16 melting furnaces with a total aggregate production capacity of more than 4, 000 tons per day. The Company operates collection centers at its production site in order for used glass to be brought in for recycling. The Company is active domestically and abroad, including: Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and Ukraine.
