Doug Hayes

Doug Hayes serves as the Vice President of IT and Procurement at Vetsource, where leadership spans a range of IT teams, including Enterprise Applications, help desk, and pharmacy automation systems, driving significant organizational growth. Prior experience includes roles at Banfield Pet Hospital, where Doug led a multi-million dollar implementation of Oracle Cloud across multiple business units, and at ESI and Holiday Retirement, overseeing enterprise application support and management. Doug began their career at Columbia Sportswear as a Supply Chain IT Manager and has extensive experience in IT applications and systems management, notably with JD Edwards and other enterprise solutions. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Oregon State University.
