Currently serving as a Procurement Project Manager at VetStrategy since January 2023, Charles previously held the position of National Procurement Manager at Canadian Orthodontic Partners, where management of vendor relationships and financial operations for over 65 clinics was a key responsibility. With earlier roles including Business Development and Operations Manager at MCO Orthodontics, National Sales Manager at Ontario WallCovering & Decor Products, and General Manager at both Mobile Wireless Corp. and Mobile Digital Media Inc., Charles has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills in managing operations, sales, and procurement processes. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Queen's University, a BESc in Engineering from Western University, and a Certified Management Accountant designation.
