Gabrielle Cutfield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in People & Culture and operations. Currently serving as Founder and Director of Emerging Engines since May 2023, Gabrielle focuses on transforming organizational culture to enhance productivity and efficiency. Additional roles include P&C Partner at AskNicely, Head of People & Culture at Levno, and Head of People Experience at VeVe, all via Emerging Engines. Previously, Gabrielle held significant positions such as Chief of Staff at Audience Republic, Chief People & Operations Officer at Re-Leased, and Global People & Culture Director at Les Mills International. Gabrielle's career began as a consultant at Michael Page New Zealand, following a diverse role on various yachts in France. Gabrielle holds an LLB and BCom in Management from the University of Otago.
