Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Veygo UK, Michael focuses on enhancing mobility as a service. Previously, Michael held positions at Oliver Wyman, where advancement to Senior UX Designer involved significant contributions to product launches in the USA and South Africa. Michael's career began with a foundation in corporate social responsibility at Centrica and British Gas, building skills in stakeholder engagement and strategy development. An education in English Literature from Durham University and a specialized UX Design Immersive course at General Assembly further complement Michael's extensive professional experience.
