Alex Mascarenhas

Alex Mascarenhas is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Legal at Veza since March 2025, Alex previously held various positions at Exabeam from March 2017 to March 2025, including Senior Corporate Counsel and Legal Chief of Staff. Prior experience also includes working as Corporate Counsel and Legal Strategy and Compliance Manager at STRATIM from August 2015 to March 2017. Alex holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
