Justin Ott has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Justin started their career at CBE Companies in 2009 as a Dialer Analyst before moving on to become a Corporate Analyst. In 2013, Justin joined General Motors as a Billing Analyst where they played a key role in configuring the Singl.eView Convergent and Zuora Z-Billing systems. Justin also assisted with the migration of OnStar's customers and implemented changes to the Credit Card Decline Recovery Process, increasing annual revenue. Justin left General Motors in 2018 to join VGM Group, Inc. as a Senior Business Analyst. Justin later worked their way up to the position of Director of Business Analytics in 2021.
Justin Ott attended Iowa State University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business Administration. Additionally, during the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Iowa State University. Finally, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in History from Iowa State University from 2007 to 2009.
