Stephanie Flanders

Stephanie Flanders has extensive experience in tax credit programs and housing development, currently serving as the Director of Tax Credit Programs at Virginia Housing since October 2015. Previously held positions include Assistant Director, Senior Tax Credit Allocation Officer, Associate Tax Credit Allocation Officer, and Tax Credit Allocation Analyst at the same organization. Prior to Virginia Housing, Stephanie worked at Virginia Supportive Housing from September 2010 to October 2015, where roles included Senior Housing Development Officer, Housing Development Officer, and Housing Development Assistant. Stephanie Flanders holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Virginia Tech.
