Declan Brennan is an experienced senior portfolio manager currently at Vhi since November 2022. Earlier career highlights include various roles at Vodafone Ireland from 2001 to 2015, including Head of Commercial Operations Systems Solutions and Head of Change Delivery, where Declan instigated significant strategic programmes and improved IT delivery times. Declan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Project & Programme Management from the University of Limerick.
