Scott Brady is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Culture & Capability at Vhi since March 2021, Scott has held key positions including Head of Culture, Learning & Engagement, and Divisional People Partner. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of HR for Vhi SwiftCare Clinics and Group HR Manager at Independent News & Media. Scott has also served as HR Manager at Intersport Elverys, managing HR functions for approximately 750 employees, and at 2 Sisters Food Group, focusing on HR strategy and employee relations in a P&L-driven environment. Earlier career roles include HR positions at Galway University Hospitals and Intel Ireland, along with academic experience as a Tutor at the University of Limerick. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and an MSc in Applied Sport and Exercise Psychology.
