Tara Glynn is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Group Company Secretary & General Counsel at Vhi since October 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing legal affairs and corporate governance. Prior experience includes holding the position of Head of Legal & Company Secretary at Rabobank Ireland Plc from June 2008 to October 2016, and similar roles at ACCBank from June 2003 to October 2014. Tara began a career in human resources at ACCBank from January 2000 to December 2002. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from UCD Smurfit Business School, a Professional Diploma in Compliance from the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland, AITI certification from the Irish Tax Institute, and a Solicitor qualification from The Law Society of Ireland, coupled with a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Dublin.
