Claudia de Gonzalez

Claudia de Gonzalez serves as the EEO & Diversity Officer at VIA Metropolitan Transit since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program and ensuring a workforce free from discrimination and harassment. Prior to this role, Claudia worked at the United States Postal Service from January 1998 to October 2019 as a Civil Rights Mediator, addressing complex employee relations, EEO allegations, and grievances, while mediating cases involving various civil rights acts. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Inter-Disciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
