Emma Pelham

Emma Pelham is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on payroll and benefits management. Currently serving as the Manager of Payroll at VIA Metropolitan Transit since May 2018, Emma oversees payroll cycle functions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Previous roles include Senior Benefits Specialist, Benefits Analyst, and Payroll Administrator at the same organization, all contributing to a strong foundation in employee services and benefits programs. Prior to VIA, Emma held various positions at Execupay, Thank You Nurses, Ltd., and San Antonio Federal Credit Union, encompassing responsibilities in human resources management, payroll processing, and employee benefits coordination. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of the Incarnate Word.
