Jon Zuelgaray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system engineering and support within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as a System Team E2E Engineer and Scrum Master at Viaccess-Orca since November 2006. Jon has been instrumental in supporting operations teams throughout production processes, developing and testing multiDRM/CAS solutions, and maintaining deployment pipelines. Previous roles at Viaccess-Orca include L3 Support Software Engineer and IRD Integration Engineer, where Jon managed technical training, facilitated integration processes, and oversaw certification testing for STB manufacturers. Jon began their career as a Software Engineer at SILICOMP-AQL and holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in electronic systems and industrial computing from Polytech Nantes.
