Serge Novak is an Agile Coach at Viaccess-Orca since October 2010, focusing on delivering SAFe courses and coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners. Previously, Serge served as a LACE Scrum Master, establishing governance and scheduling agile ceremonies. Serge also functioned as a Solution Train Engineer, optimizing flow for VO's SAFe Solution and facilitating priorities across multiple Agile Release Trains. As a TVaaS & TVE Program Manager and Scrum Master at b<>com, Serge managed research projects aimed at expanding Viaccess-Orca's Content Security portfolio. Earlier roles include project management in mobile and customer systems integration, and software development engineering. Serge holds an Ingénieur-Maître degree in Micro Informatique, Micro Electronique, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from IUP Mime, Le Mans.
