Nicholas Poulos is the Director and Founder of Viacon, established in July 2016, where the company has delivered notable projects across various sectors including Industrial, Hospitality, Commercial, Aged Care, Education, and Health. Recognized as an MBA Award Winner for Interior Fitout projects ranging from $3-5 million in 2022, Viacon's success is attributed to a carefully selected team that addresses each element of the project timeline. Nicholas previously held the role of Project Manager at TOGA from June 2015 to July 2016, and at Turner & Townsend from January 2013 to May 2015. Prior experience includes Project Manager positions at Built. and Reed Constructions Australia Pty Ltd, where Nicholas also served as Contracts Administrator and Project Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Property Development and a Bachelor of Construction Management & Property from UNSW, as well as a foundational education at Newington College.
