Sherri Rotert has a strong background in law and has held various positions throughout their career. Starting in 2000, they worked as an Attorney at Cooley LLP, specializing in private equity and debt financing. Sherri then joined Boyce, Greenfield, Pashby & Welk, LLP in 2003 as a Partner, where they focused on representing entrepreneurs, investors, and corporations. In 2012, they became a Shareholder at Greenfield Rotert Law, P.C., staying there until 2018. During this time, they gained experience and expertise in succession planning, capital raising, and security compliance review. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as an Attorney at Raven Industries, Inc., and then as a Chief Legal Officer at both Raven Engineered Films and Viaflex in 2022. Sherri brings a wealth of legal knowledge and experience to their roles, ensuring the success and growth of businesses they work with.
Sherri Rotert obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Management from the University of South Dakota from 1988 to 1992. Sherri then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, specializing in Law, from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, from 1996 to 2000.
