Nick Sanford has a strong background in software engineering with experience in various roles and companies. Nick is currently working as a Staff Software Engineer at Viam since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Bowery Farming from December 2018 to December 2022. Before that, they served as an Erlang Engineer at Pypestream from June 2016 to June 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Software Engineer at RecruitiFi from February 2015 to June 2016. Nick also has experience as a Lead Software Engineer at Bridging Education and Mobility and as a Software Engineer at THRE3D, where they were involved in building data aggregators, web services, data visualization tools, and implementing an eCommerce platform.
Nick Sanford graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Chinese Language and Literature. In 2010 and 2011, they also attended the CET Beijing Intensive Chinese Language Program.
