Malene Lindgren

Malene Lindgren is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service, international sales, and commercial management within the streaming and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as Head of Customer Service, Head of Retention, and Head of International Business Operations at Viaplay Group, Malene has played a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences and managing significant partnerships in Denmark. Previous roles include Senior Commercial Manager at both Modern Times Group MTG AB and TELMORE A/S, where Malene focused on reducing customer churn and launching new services.
