Tero Lintunen

Tero Lintunen is an experienced professional with a focus on production and customer experience. Currently serving as the Head of Production at Viaplay Group since May 2008, Tero manages sports productions and budgets in Finland while leading a team of production professionals. Previous roles at Viaplay Group include Head of Customer Experience & Technology, overseeing customer satisfaction and technical operations, and Operations Manager, where Tero focused on customer service and CRM system implementation. Tero's career began at the Business Development Center/Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences as a Project Specialist and Research Assistant. Tero holds a Master of Science degree in International Energy Business from LUT University.
