Jimmy Herman is a seasoned professional in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Development at Viasat Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jimmy founded TransactionView LLC in February 2012, providing M&A expertise to commercial and government sectors, focusing on deal sourcing and due diligence, among other services. Jimmy holds extensive experience from SAIC, where over a span from April 2000 to January 2012, over 40 M&A transactions were completed, totaling over $2 billion. Earlier roles included positions as Analyst at Asset Strategy Consulting and various M&A roles at SAIC, providing a robust foundation in corporate finance and investment analysis. Jimmy earned a BA in Economics from UCLA in 1999.
