Matthew Thompson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer care. Currently serving as Director of Customer Care at Viasat Inc. since November 2022, Matthew previously held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Liveops, Inc. from February 2019 to 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Operations and Senior Program Manager at Honeywell, as well as contracts-related positions within the same company. Matthew began a career in operations management at Cintas, after serving in the United States Army Corps of Engineers from 2000 to 2005. Matthew holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
