Stacey Babson Kaplan

Stacey Babson Kaplan currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Viatec Inc. since March 2024. Prior to this role, Stacey held several prominent positions at Terex Corporation from 2002 to November 2024, including Senior Vice President and Chief Sustainability & Compliance Officer, where responsibilities encompassed leading sustainability initiatives, compliance programs, and risk management strategies. Additionally, in the role of Vice President and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, Stacey established a comprehensive global ethics framework and oversight for corporate compliance activities. With extensive experience in employment law and labor relations, spanning various firms including Day Pitney LLP and Epstein Becker & Green, Stacey has a solid foundation in litigation, counseling, and workforce management. Educational qualifications include a JD from Cardozo School of Law and a BS in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
