Francesco Pagliarello

Francesco Pagliarello is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the aviation and defense sectors. Currently serving as EMEA Key Account Manager for Avionics & Radio Test at VIAVI Solutions since July 2019, Pagliarello also holds positions at Leonardo as Account Manager for MIDS LVT and Link16, and as Head of Bid Management and Governance, where responsibilities include resources management and business development. Previously, Pagliarello was the Programme Management Coordination Section Leader at OCCAR-EA, providing support for significant programs and advising the Director. Experience also includes a role as Technical Director at SELEX Communications, where leadership involved managing the Euromids Consortium and overseeing feasibility studies and personnel training. Began the career at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as a System Integration and Test Engineer.
