Nancy Yang

Nancy Yang is a seasoned executive specializing in Total Rewards and Global Compensation, currently serving as VP of Global Total Rewards at VIAVI Solutions since September 2019. Prior to this role, Yang held the position of Sr. Director of Total Rewards at Blackhawk Network and Sr. Director of Global Compensation at BlackBerry, where strategic leadership and the integration of global compensation programs were key responsibilities. Yang also contributed significantly to Infinera as Director of Global Compensation & Benefits, and began a career in compensation analysis at Lam Research. Yang holds an MBA in Finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
