Brenda Hidalgo

Brenda Hidalgo has extensive experience in public relations and communications within the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as PR & Communication for Viceroy Hotel Group since November 2015, Brenda previously held the position of Area Manager, PR & Communication for Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts from March 2012 to April 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating brand loyalty materials and developing promotional collateral. Prior to that, Brenda was the PR & Marketing Manager at Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach from November 2009 to March 2012, focusing on implementing marketing plans and engaging consumers through various communication channels. Brenda's career began as a Brand Manager at Grupo Ultrafemme, where strategies for renowned cosmetic and fragrance brands were developed across 24 retail locations in the Mexican Caribbean and Los Cabos from March 2006 to November 2009.
